Beacon Education Multi Academy Trust is consulting on a proposal to make a prescribed alteration to St Peter’s First School by lowering its age range from 4-9 to 2-9 with effect from 1 September 2024.
The proposal will mean that the existing provision known as St Peter’s Nursery, formerly known as Little Horseshoes Nursery, will become a Nursery Class as part of the School.
It is anticipated that on the same date, the school will transfer to the Bath & Wells Diocesan Academies Trust (“BWMAT”) along with the other schools currently operated by Beacon. BWMAT is fully supportive of the proposed change.
