Each individual academy in the Trust has its own Academy Improvement Board comprising the Headteacher along with their Senior Leadership Team, the CEO and two Trustees, Mark Blackman (Director of Education) chairs the Board. This group meet four times a year, following the thrice-yearly assessment windows.
