Talk for Writing
English is a chance for children to express themselves and be as creative as possible. English is taught following the 'Talk for Writing' process where children, learn by imitating the text, then innovate the text using ideas of their own and then finally invent and apply their own understanding in the particular genre of writing we are writing about. This term we are writing about 'The Adventure at Sandy Cove' as our fiction text and 'How do airplanes fly?' as our non fiction text.
